Walmart's New Coupon Policy

As previously stated in one of my posts, Walmart has a great new coupon policy. Basically, if you have a coupon and it is worth more than the products price, they will give you the extra cash back. This is called an 'overage'. Free product and free money! It's a good life. Here's some products I got at my local Walmart.
